He beholds a ‘Bachelors in Mass Media’ and is a Post Graduate in ‘Advertising and Communication’ from the ‘K C College of Management Studies’. His proud repertoire boasts of vast experience in managing a wide array of brands like Tata Trusts, Godrej Properties, Cambridge University Press, General Mills & BK Birla.

Ashish Poojari

A wordsmith in art and aspect, Ashish has always had a passion for communication, he is a MA (Hons.) in ‘English Literature’ from the ‘University of Winchester’ (U.K.). Impassioned by creativity, he is of the philosophy that the spirit of ideation & innovation has the power to manifest change and transform businesses for the greater good. Ashish has played a pivotal role in the creation of dynamic marketing campaigns for Gagan Developers, Kanakia Developers, Sahara Star & Stratton Realty to name a few.

Rishi Balani

Business Head

Rishi Balani has worked as Vice President Sales with leading Realty Brands in Pune namely Marvel Realtors & Gagan Developers. In 2016 he went on to start a real estate mandate sales & marketing company and since then hasn’t looked back. With over 15 projects signed under his supervision of sales and marketing he has been successfully delivering results while creating new brands and verticals for major developers. Rishi is greatly skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Sales Management. A dynamic business development professional, he is here to make a big difference for your brand and for many others

Tanuj Jain is an MBA (CFA) from Seneca College Canada, Toronto. He has established the standard in sales, marketing and strategy across the latitudes where he helms The Property Mall (Mandate Sales Vertical) and TPM Capital (Wealth Management. Vertical), two companies that crown his glittering repertoire. Today, as a Mandate Sales frontrunner Tanuj has worked with Bhagwati Group, Laukik Group & APR Realty while adding 200+ Cr. Revenue scales to the balance sheets of his endearing clientele. Now, he is poised to aim his collective energies to converting the skylines of realty with progress, excellence and commitment for the times to come.

Navin Thakur

Navin helms the digital vertical at Velocity Media adding a digital dimension to our creative excellence. He is a Bsc in Multimedia from the Sikkim Manipal University and harnesses immense experience in the verticals of Film Industry, Media, IT, encompassing brands viz. Godrej, Naaptol, Muthoot Finance & Simple Pay. Developing Apps, Websites, Digital Portals, Backend CRM Management & SEO Optimization has been his technical forte and today, Navin is poised to redefine the art of digitization by enabling your enterprise to reach your goals in an efficient, timely & dynamic manner.

A design maverick with an acumen for art of advertising, Niranjan as a Sr, Visualizer has the perfect formula for every product brief.
